A cron expression is a schedule format with 5-6 fields representing minute, hour, day, month, and day-of-week.
From left to right: minute (0-59), hour (0-23), day (1-31), month (1-12), day-of-week (0-7, where 0 and 7 are Sunday).
*/5 means "every 5 units." For example, */5 in the minute field means every 5 minutes.
Standard cron only supports minute precision. Some systems offer extended formats with second fields.
