By accessing and using NanoTools ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

NanoTools provides free online tools for file conversion, manipulation, and various utility functions including but not limited to PDF tools, image processors, text converters, and developer utilities. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

•Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law
•Transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable

You retain all rights to any content you upload or process through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us permission to process your files solely for the purpose of providing the requested service.

We do not claim ownership of your content. Files uploaded for processing are automatically deleted from our servers after processing is complete, typically within minutes. We do not store, review, or share your files.

You are solely responsible for your content and the consequences of uploading it. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to upload and process your content.

5. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data. In summary:

•We process most operations in your browser (client-side)
•Server-side processing deletes files immediately after completion
•We do not use tracking cookies or analytics
•We do not sell or share your data with third parties

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by NanoTools and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant the accuracy or reliability of any results obtained through the Service.

IN NO EVENT SHALL NANOTOOLS, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

•Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
•Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service

To ensure fair usage and optimal performance for all users, we may impose reasonable limitations on:

•Maximum file size for uploads (typically 50-100 MB per file)
•Number of concurrent operations
•API request rates to prevent abuse

These limits may be adjusted without notice to maintain service quality.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Service, and any service or material we provide via the Service, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Service is unavailable at any time or for any period.
